What really bugs me at work
The things they expect you to participate in. Like feeding frenzies. People at work expect you to beat your brains out and come up w/some Julia Childs original creation. I have a hard enough time doing this for people I actually like, let alone the freaks I work with. I have learned to get a way w/some pretty good stand bys that require little effort and even less $.No I am not one of those, "I'll bring the plates", but on occasion I have been known to say "I'll bring the drinks or the chips, or the crackers".
This gets particularly annoying at the holidays when everyday is turned into a feeding frenzy.
